Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading store floor teams and coordinating replenishment and service.
• Proven ability to deliver a quick payment experience and high customer service.
• Familiarity with opening and closing procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill and in absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Lead the floor, coaching colleagues on efficient procedures and productivity.
• Allocate resources to deliver timely tasks and maintain store readiness.
• Enable daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently.
• Coordinate team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team atmosphere and model customer service.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to drive performance.
• Assist nearby stores if required for operational needs.
• Act as a key holder and respond to call outs; manage opening/closing of the building.
