Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure the store floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to execute daily tasks and support the Colleague Manager when needed.

You will model exceptional customer service, drive productivity, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store while fostering an inclusive team atmosphere and supporting opening and closing routines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation to deliver a salesfloor that is ready to trade.
• Coordinate resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and coach colleagues on One Best Way to drive productivity.
• Allocate resources effectively to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Enable all daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across their area of the store.
