Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help supervise day-to-day store operations and lead a small team to deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks across store areas and supporting your colleagues to perform at their best.

You’ll coach the team, adapt to changing demands, and ensure a smooth, inclusive shopping experience for customers while promoting flexible working where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Able to work across store areas and coordinate with colleagues.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
