Job summary

Greggs Plc is seeking a Shift Manager to join the management team and look after the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to deliver an amazing job across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru.

On a typical shift you will inspire the team to maintain high standards, lead by example with fast and friendly service, prepare products and manage ovens, keep displays stocked and the shop clean.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Able to lead, motivate and support a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Reliable with a passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable
