Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience across shop channels, including in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru. You'll lead by example, supervise staff, and ensure the shop operates smoothly when the Manager isn't around.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing products (sandwiches and ovens), keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop environment.
