Greggs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a busy retail shop in the South East region. You will look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the team, and ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they shop in-store or online.

You will oversee daily duties such as inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing products, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide range of choices.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
