Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll inspire the team, model fast, friendly service, and ensure the store runs smoothly across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

On a typical shift you’ll supervise staff, prepare our products including sandwiches, manage ovens, keep displays well stocked, and maintain a clean, presentable shop while delivering a brilliant customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or supervisory skills a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Reliability and ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team and oversee operations in the Manager's absence.
• Serve customers with a fast and friendly approach across all channels (in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, drive-thru).
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and operate ovens.
• Keep displays stocked and shop presentation high, and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift.
