Greggs is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll inspire and develop the team, ensuring availability of products, clean displays, and a brilliant shopping experience whether customers order in-store or online.

You will manage the shop when the Manager isn’t around, with a focus on reliability, leadership, and delivering great results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• You’ll have prior team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.
• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities with a passion for service.

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain high standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with ample choice for customers.
