Job summary

Greggs is recruiting a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead daily shop operations and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll manage the shop in the Manager’s absence, ensure product quality, food preparation, and maintain cleanliness while driving sales and great service.

You will be responsible for guiding staff on best practices, ensuring stock levels, and modelling friendly, efficient service across in-store and online channels.

• Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
