Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present, driving a high standard of customer service and team performance. You will motivate the team, ensure the shop runs smoothly across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels, and maintain product quality and presentation.
