Job summary

Nando's Group in East Kilbride is seeking a Shift Lead to drive smooth shifts and support the team in delivering memorable PERi-PERi moments for customers. You will play a key role in motivating staff and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to grow into greater responsibilities within a lively, family-like team culture.

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with focus on delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Motivates and engages staff to perform at their best.
• Willingness to learn and grow responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operation.
• Motivate and engage the team during busy periods.
• Deliver excellent PERi-PERi moments to customers.
• Support management with rota planning and training.
