Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is looking for a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support the team on busy service times. As a Shift Lead you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading by example and ensuring every PERi-PERi moment is delivered with energy and care.

You’ll build leadership experience, motivate the team, resolve issues on the floor, and foster a friendly, inclusive environment where everyone can grow. Hourly rate of £13.49 reflects the role and market in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and delivering PERi-PERi moments every time.
• Confidence in leading people and problem-solving in the moment.
