Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking a Shift Lead in Crawley to help run brilliant shifts, lead the team and deliver memorable PERi-PERi moments for guests. You’ll foster a supportive, fast-paced environment where every shift counts and teamwork drives success.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in a busy setting, a customer-first mindset, and a passion to grow into management roles within a family-friendly, energetic workplace.
