Job summary

Nando’s Group is hiring a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support the team in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Greater London. You’ll lead, motivate and coach Nandocas to deliver great PERi-PERi moments with every order.

Hourly rate £14.27, you’ll be part of a family-style team that rewards effort, provides paid breaks and opportunities to grow into management roles while delivering excellent guest experiences across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with a focus on delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the spot.
• Willingness to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to run brilliant service periods.
