Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of the action. You’ll support to run brilliant shifts, lead a fast-paced team and ensure guests enjoy PERi-PERi moments from start to finish.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to grow into management, with a fun, supportive, family-style environment where every Nandoca is valued and encouraged to develop new skills.

• Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth service.
• Motivate and manage the team during busy periods.
• Deliver exceptional PERi-PERi moments for customers across channels.
• Collaborate with managers to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
