Job summary

Nando's Group is seeking a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom to help run brilliant shifts and support the team with energy and leadership. The role centers on delivering great PERi-PERi moments and maintaining high standards during every service.

You will guide and develop staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and play a key part in smooth operations across all channels, with clear pathways for growth into management roles within a lively, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and love for delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the spot.
• Willing to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.
