Job summary

Nando’s in Belfast is looking for a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support a fast-paced team. This role focuses on leadership, service excellence, and delivering the PERi‑PERi experience on every shift.

You will guide the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and foster a fun, inclusive work culture while growing into management opportunities. Competitive hourly rate and supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver moments of service excellence.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Motivate and engage team members to deliver fantastic PERi‑PERi moments.
• Support scheduling, breaks, and customer experience during busy periods.
