Job summary

Nando's Group is seeking a Shift Lead in Ellesmere Port to spearhead shifts, coach the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lively, family‑style environment where energy and customer focus drive every service.

You will support operations, motivate staff, and help deliver the best PERi-PERi moments for every guest, while growing your leadership skills and progressing within the company.
