Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to support running brilliant shifts, lead a fast-paced team and ensure memorable PERi-PERi moments for customers.

You will motivate and develop your team, resolve on-floor issues, and help maintain a fun, family-style environment where everyone is welcome. This role offers growth into management as you gain leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and delivering quality service.
• Ability to motivate and engage staff while maintaining a fun workplace.
