We’re looking for an experienced and driven SHEQ Manager (Construction) within our SHEQ department. In this role, you will support the H&S Director and Head of Health & Safety in delivering proactive SHEQ support to all aspects of Vital Energi involved in the design, delivery and commissioning of construction projects across the South region, and any related ancillary/support functions. You will mentor and coach site-based delivery teams in respect to SHEQ management policies and standards to ensure risks are identified and mitigated and enable compliance with all applicable statutory requirements. You will also offer leadership and direction to your directly reporting SHEQ Advisors to ensure the provision of an effective SHEQ support service to Vital Energi and its customers.
