Sheet Metal Worker

Location & Status

Alcester — Permanent. Days and Lates available.

Job Description

Safely use air tools, hand tools, spot‑welding equipment, roll‑forming, airflow rigs, ultrasonic degrease tanks, deburring barrels, and part marking tools. Set up machines with correct tooling and work holding; complete operations efficiently following Job Card instructions. Read and follow manufacturing documentation; perform in‑process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe workspace, carry out TPM tasks and actively contribute to continuous improvement and EHS compliance.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
  • Well‑versed using a range of manufacturing hand tools
  • Confident completing hands‑on manufacturing tasks with metal components or sheet metal (deburring/fettling/linishing/air grinding etc.)
  • Willingness to work on a late shift
  • Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
