Dartford, Kent (Commutable from: Crayford, Dartford, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Bromley, Gravesend, Croydon)

Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker or Fabricator looking for a stable, workshop-based role with a long-established engineering firm known for its quality work and strong staff retention?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-equipped fabrication business, working on a wide variety of bespoke metalwork projects for commercial and architectural clients.

This is a long-standing, family-run company with a reputation for producing high-quality, precision metalwork. They supply to a range of industries including architectural, commercial, and construction sectors - with projects ranging from staircases and balustrades to cladding, canopies, and specialist installations.

In this hands‑on role, you'll be based in the workshop, using a range of fabrication machinery and hand tools to produce custom metal components. Every project is different, offering variety and the opportunity to develop your skills further.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sheet metal work and fabrication, with the ability to use hand tools, presses, and laser cutting equipment.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.

The actual salary paid will depend on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.

The Role
