About the role

The Service Technician role is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company’s range of products in the Perth metropolitan area.

  • Respond to allocated service calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer.
  • Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards.
  • Evaluate and rectify an appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install & commission an appliance in accordance with the relevant industry codes.
  • Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart.
  • Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of self, colleagues, and general public.
About you
  • Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (highly regarded/desirable).
  • I Class Gas (highly regarded/desirable).
