Role Overview
Effectively coordinate service work and product supplied within field services operations, including service ticket management, site deliverables, site staff, contractors, variation quote coordination and submissions, job costing, and pursuit of maximum value‑adding for clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activities and work orders, providing effective supervision of all works
- Ensure equipment & material required to meet customer requirements are available when required
- Work with Services Operations Managers in each region to ensure sufficient stock to support customer requirements
- Ensure accurate maintenance of stock, including receipt and dispatch of physical stock adhering to EnerSys systems and processes
- Coordinate site staff and sub‑contractors, preparing effective daily, weekly and monthly scheduling of work
- Demonstrate ownership of all service activities within your area of responsibility from start to finish, including correction of defects
- Regularly liaise and co‑coordinate works with relevant Key Account Managers
- Ensure safety systems for all works are effectively followed
- Work with the Services leadership group to ensure field resources have sufficient skills to deliver against obligations
- Manage client expectations, pricing queries and complaints effectively, resulting in positive engagement consistent with agreed objectives & KPIs
- Source quality sub‑contractors across all states and build relationships & alliances resulting in a trusted, cost‑effective resource list
- Liaise with the Field Service team to complete all works on time, on budget and to clients' expectations consistent with agreed objectives & KPIs
- Provide assistance to other areas of the business for compliance of customer obligations
- Coordinate the service, installation and maintenance elements of all quotes and submissions, and new tender submissions for all service operation activities in conjunction with Services Operations Managers
- Promote EnerSys overall capability to clients
- In conjunction with the Sales team and Services Operations Managers support pursuit of new business opportunities
- Other duties as required by the business
Ideal Candidate
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating and motivating staff to improve performance and output; monitoring progress, providing feedback, ensuring implementation; work with service leadership to develop staff
- A current Australian Driver’s License
- Computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Planning and organisation skills
- Communication skills – verbal and written
- Experience with reading and understanding drawings
- Service coordination experience
- Experience with coordinating a team of people
- Experience with safe working environments
- Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift License
- Relevant education and industry experience
- 5 years coordination experience
- 5 years commercial contracting experience
