SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF

PAY RATE: £15.00 per hour

We areseekinga dedicated and experiencedService Team Leaderto join our management team, overseeing a multi-disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. As aService Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering andmaintainingthe highest standards ofSecurity and Environmental serviceswithin a busy, town centre-based shopping and leisure facility.

  • Lead, support, and motivate your team to ensure the highest service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
  • Develop yourself and your team throughongoing training, coachingand mentorship.
  • Foster apositive and inclusive work environment, ensuring all team members feel valued and respected.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by effectivelyprioritizing and delegating tasksaccording to business, team, and individual needs.
  • Maintain excellentcustomer service, ensuring visitors experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
