A local government council in Chelmsford is seeking a proactive analyst to join their Service Desk team in April 2026. We are seeking an adaptable and proactive analyst to join our Service Desk team in April 2026, providing customer‑focused first line IT technical support to agreed service levels in a hybrid working environment. This permanent opportunity is available to those who already have experience in IT support or working in a Service Desk environment.
Interviews are currently scheduled for between 22nd and 29th January 2026.
