About the Role

We are seeking an adaptable and proactive analyst to join our Service Desk team in April 2026, providing customer‑focused first line IT technical support to agreed service levels in a hybrid working environment. This permanent opportunity is available to those who already have experience in IT support or working in a Service Desk environment.

Responsibilities
  • 1st line support via email or phone calls
  • Creating support tickets
  • First line fixes
  • Completing basic script/process‑driven tasks alongside assistance with desktop support
  • Wide range of projects
Interview Schedule
