Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Service Co-ordinator for an office-based role in Maidenhead. The position is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an annual salary of £26,000 to £31,000 depending on experience.

You will communicate with customers by telephone and email, schedule maintenance visits for engineers, and provide excellent service to domestic, commercial and industrial clients in the Maidenhead/Henley area.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Experience in scheduling maintenance calls and handling enquires.

Responsibilities

• Answer basic technical questions and assist customers by phone or email.
• Schedule service and maintenance calls for domestic and commercial clients.
• Book return visits and inform customers of delays.
• Create small works quotations on request.
• Liaise with Service Manager and Office Manager on ongoing issues.
• Create and send call-out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Handle general customer enquiries.
