Job summary

Baylis Community Media in Maidenhead (office based) is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly local team. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email and schedule service visits for domestic and commercial clients.

You will liaise with managers and ensure timely invoicing and issue resolution. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £26,000–£31,000 depending on experience.

• Ability to work as part of a small team and independently.
• Organised approach to scheduling service visits.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Schedule service and maintenance calls for domestic and commercial clients.
• Schedule return visits and keep customers informed of delays.
• Create small works quotations on request.
• Liaise with Service Manager and Office Manager on ongoing issues.
• Create and send call-out invoices promptly.
