Active Security in Maidenhead is seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable office-based candidate to join our small but busy team. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email and in person, schedule service visits for domestic and commercial clients, and support invoicing and quotes.

A friendly, proactive approach and excellent telephone manner are essential to deliver a high-quality local service.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
• A good telephone manner is essential.
• You will communicate with customers by telephone, email and occasionally face to face.

Responsibilities

• Answer basic technical questions (training will be supplied).
• Schedule service and maintenance calls for commercial and domestic clients.
• Schedule return visits and inform customers of delays.
• Create small works quotations on request.
• Liaise with Service Manager and Office Manager on ongoing service issues.
• Create call out invoices and send to customers promptly.
• Handle general customer enquiries.
