Job summary

• Excellent customer service skills with communication via phone and email.
• Ability to schedule maintenance visits for engineers and coordinate calls.
• Team player who can work unsupervised in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Answer basic customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Schedule service and maintenance calls for commercial and domestic clients.
• Schedule return visits and inform customers of delays.
• Create small works quotations on request.
• Liaise with Service Manager and Office Manager on service issues.
• Create call-out invoices and send to customers promptly.
• Handle general customer enquiries.
