Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the service reception team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Manage customer complaints and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
• Oversee daily operations of the service reception area, ensuring high standards of customer care
• Coach Service Advisors and reception staff to improve team performance
• Identify areas for process improvement and enhanced customer service
• Support the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental goals and operational targets
• Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to dealership success through proactive management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader, or similar role within automotive aftersales
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving high levels of satisfaction
• Confident handling challenging customer situations and complaints
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proactive attitude with a desire to progress into an Aftersales Manager position
