Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager to lead the Service Department, develop the team, and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service. The role encompasses overseeing operations across brands and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and policies.

The position offers a competitive basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 plus bonus and benefits, including a company car and employee discounts.

• Proven track record in leading advisors, technicians and support staff.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region.

As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager, you will lead the Service Department, develop your team, improve operational performance and profitability, and deliver excellent customer service.

This full-time role offers basic salary of £40,000, OTE £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Department across different brands.
• Leading, motivating and developing Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians and support staff.
• Maximising workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability while monitoring KPIs and departmental performance.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, retention and compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies and industry regulations.
• Improving processes, supporting the development of the franchise, building strong relationships and performing any other duties as required.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, Service Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Understanding of dealership service operations and workshop management.
• Proven ability to drive departmental performance, growth and profitability.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to monitor and improve KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence.
