Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting a Service Reception Manager for a busy dealership in Basingstoke. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will manage the Service Reception, ensuring processes run smoothly and targets are hit.

You will need at least 2 years' experience in a franchised dealership, strong customer care, and the ability to handle bookings for servicing and repairs. The role includes selling additional products and services and requires energy and a positive influence on the team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a franchised dealership in a similar role.
• Experience in service reception management and bookings for servicing/repairs.
• Excellent customer care and communication abilities.

The Role

We have a new and exciting vacancy to join a great client of ours as a Service Reception Manager for a busy dealership, based in Basingstoke. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day management of Service Reception, ensuring correct processes are followed and targets are achieved
• Providing an exceptional level of customer care and satisfaction
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a Franchised Dealership, working in a similar role.
• Managing the bookings process for servicing and repairs
• Have high energy and bring a positive influence to the service department
• Interacting with customers face to face, over the phone and digitally
• Selling additional products and services

The Package

Up to £27,000 Basic Salary, OTE £35,000 + great company benefits.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00.Saturday morning cover only in the absence of Service Advisors.
