About the role

A leadership opportunity like no other, our 24/7 operational facility where no two days are the same and resident wellbeing at the forefront, you’ll ensure optimum care standards, effective operational delivery, regulatory and sector best practice, achieving budgetary outcomes and importantly, a great workplace culture. You’ll provide coaching, guidance, and development to your team creating a culture focused on clinical excellence.

About you

You’ll be someone who sees change as an opportunity and bring the ability to smoothly guide your team in an often dynamic and fast paced environment, imparting clear direction and vision to those you lead, whilst understanding the unique challenges they face in delivering onsite day to day service requirements. As a Leader in a highly regulated industry, you understand compliance and risk mitigation implicitly, and ensure regulatory standards and requirements are adhered to at all times.

Your leadership experience in a similarly complex operational environment, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement will engender the support of your team as you role model resilience, solution focused mindset and a people centred approach. Your key experience will include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline along with AHPRA registration being desirable
  • Leadership / change management experience in a similar 24/7 operational environment, with demonstrated successful coaching for performance and culture
  • Excellent skills utilising online platforms and systems, including MS Office Suite with strong report writing and business case preparation experience
  • Extensive and well-developed communication, relationship engagement and partnering skills
  • Financial management experience in delivering results within budget
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
  • Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
