Qualifications

• Qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Previous experience as a Service Manager or in a senior role within Supported Living or Residential services.
• Willingness to undertake further training and development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report safeguarding concerns relating to vulnerable individuals.
• Ensure recruitment and training needs are identified and met.
• Implement risk assessments for safeguarding service users.

Skills

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities

Education
