Are you passionate about leading and motivating a team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, client-focused service? BPAS is seeking a Service Manager (Treatment Unit Manager) to lead our reproductive health services in our Norwich clinic. To support a smooth transition there will be a significant handover period to provide valuable insight into the service. It doesn’t matter if you have a commercial, corporate, or clinical background—your leadership and management skills will help ensure BPAS services are delivered effectively.
BPAS is the UK’s largest independent women’s reproductive healthcare charity. We work mainly on behalf of the NHS across the country providing abortion, contraception, STI testing & treatment. We specialise in evidence-based, not-for-profit care reproductive healthcare. Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders including local commissioners and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) ensuring the unit is managed in line with regulatory requirements. This includes hosting inspections from regulatory bodies such as the CQC, Department of Health and Social Care, Fire Service, and Health and Safety Executive.
