A community-focused organization in Groeslon is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and experience in social care settings. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £32,669 per annum, plus additional benefits such as training, annual leave, and a pension scheme. Full time 37 hours per week. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins
£32,669pa and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 45p per mile

As Service Manager you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the support service as well as proactively engaging with the continued development of the service. You’ll provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to provide quality, person centred support to the people we support. You’ll enjoy building positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action.
You’ll carry out frequent reviews of the support requirements provided, including service delivery plans, support plans, progress log and risk assessments following the principles and practices of person-centred and relationship-centred Active Support. You’ll manage a team of support workers with responsibility for all aspects of team management and development as well as encouraging and coaching them to creatively problem solve and develop.
Above all else your focus will be on achieving the highest levels of support and independence for the people we support to make everyday remarkable.
