A local government authority in Staffordshire is seeking a Service Improvement Officer to enhance quality and performance in adult social care. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. You will analyze data and customer feedback to inform service improvements and develop guidance for frontline staff. Flexible working arrangements are available, and the role is an opportunity to make a real difference in the community. Interviews are set for January 16, 2026.

We work across adult social care services. Our main priority is to help operational and senior managers to make best use of our intelligence from data, quality of practice audits, feedback and consultation so that we can identify good practice and areas of improvement that make a real difference to the people we support.
We're also supporting our local preparations future CQC inspections and wider support for our new case management system.
This is a fixed term contact to 30 August 2026.
As a Service Improvement Officer, you’ll work on a variety of projects that drive quality and performance across adult social care. Your main responsibilities will include:
