  • Liaise directly with customers to arrange demonstrations, deliveries, and service appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Support the day‑to‑day operation of one of the company's retail stores when not field‑based.
  • Accurately record service activity using company tablets and customer log‑on systems.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to provide solutions that benefit both the customer and the business.
  • Adhere to health & safety standards and company procedures at all times.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
Mobility Service Engineer – Required Skills and Experience

  • Good mechanical and fault‑finding skills.
  • Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
  • Comfortable using handheld devices, tablets, and digital systems (training provided).
  • High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
