Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare ICT service provision is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ICT Service Desk Team, supporting over 19,500 users.
  • Ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement of the ICT Service Desk.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
