A leading independent broking group is seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional support for their customers. Based in Oldham, you will assist with IT needs, manage incidents, and perform hardware audits across the UK. The ideal candidate has proven experience, excellent customer service skills, and technical know-how in an Active Directory environment. We’re now looking for a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join the Jensten Group. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, the main purpose of the role is to provide a Customer First Culture to all our 1000+ customers spanning over 120 sites up and down the country. It’s also to assist with their IT needs and requirements, ensuring all incidents and requests are logged whilst staying within SLA.
