A leading waste management company is seeking an operational manager in Aldershot to oversee service delivery for drivers. The role includes managing logistics, communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with standards. What Will I Do?
This is a key operational role where most of your time will be spent managing work via systems such as ITrent, LMS and MS Office — ensuring jobs are planned, tracked, and completed on time. You’ll also act as the link between drivers, customers, and the wider depot team. This could be a great entry point into the waste and resource management sector for someone with transferable supervisory or logistics experience.
