Overview

Airbus Defence and Space Limited is seeking a Service Delivery Manager. Location: Stevenage or Portsmouth; 60% of your working week must be office-based. Type: Full time. Travel: Infrequent. Security clearance eligibility: UK SC Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and champion a MES used by thousands of users; contribute to delivery and deployment of new projects.
• Ensure delivered services meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements.
• Manage the support team that monitors reports and fulfils SLAs.
• Manage maintenance cost allocation with the business.

About you / Qualifications

• Experience with ONE MES and interest in learning about DELMIA Apriso MES; familiarity with Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform, Proficy Smart Factory MES, Opcenter Execution, Infor MES, Tulip Platform, Solumina MES, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, SAP Manufacturing Execution, MES Delmia APRISO from Dassault, and related MES concepts.
• Deep technical expertise of MES systems and how they interact with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance.
• Passionate about championing MES to Business Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure.
• Enjoys tackling bugs and outages and proactively identifying issues before they become critical.
