CW Recruitment seeks a SERVICE COORDINATOR to act as the hub between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal teams. You will schedule work, allocate resources, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to standard.

You will manage calendars, react to changes, and monitor jobs to mitigate delays. Strong admin and customer care, plus a technical leaning or CAD exposure, is preferred for this role.

Formación

• Experience coordinating engineers and field teams.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Schedule and coordinate Service Engineers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Proactively monitor open jobs and maintain communication to mitigate risk and delays.
• Utilise engineers' availability and skill-set to match project needs and adapt to changes.
