Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Raunds is seeking a Project Administrator with CAD experience to support the Project Management and Design teams. This varied role combines administrative duties with technical CAD tasks to help deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, assist with schedules and budgets, and work closely with engineers and designers to ensure project specifications are met. The role is office-based with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience using CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Experience in project administration or technical administration is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and project activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, drawings, files, correspondence).
• Assist with project schedules, budgets and progress tracking.
