Job summary

Success Recruit is partnering with a Central Essex construction company to recruit an experienced Service Co-ordinator. You will support daily service operations alongside a Technical Manager and field engineers, managing schedules, client communication and CRM records.

We seek a proactive professional with strong administration and customer service skills, capable of thriving in a process-driven environment and building client relationships across multiple sites in London and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and client communication.
• Ability to manage service schedules and CRM records.
• Experience in busy construction or facilities environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central communication point for clients, engineers and internal teams.
• Manage and update the CRM with job statuses, client interactions and documents.
• Coordinate and respond to service requests via email and phone.
• Raise quotations for service jobs, parts and subcontracted works.
• Prepare job packs with worksheets and PO numbers for engineers.
• Maintain Health & Safety records in line with compliance.
• Support the Technical Manager in scheduling site visits.
• Ensure admin for engineer visits is accurate and timely.
