Job summary

CW Recruitment is seeking a proactive SERVICE COORDINATOR to act as the central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal teams. You will schedule work, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.

You will manage engineers' calendars, respond to changes quickly, monitor open jobs, communicate with customers and engineers, and mitigate risks to avoid delays while maintaining excellent administration

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service engineers and customers.
• Strong administration and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings or CAD concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities
