Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a Service Coordinator on a permanent basis. The hours of work for this role is Monday - Friday 9-5. Salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
As Works Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administration and coordination support in a busy office.
Main responsibilities include answering phone calls, dealing with customer queries, taking in work orders and projects from clients, recording in detail faults and projects from customers and arranging for maintenance staff to go on-site to resolve the issues and keep customers up to date.
You wil work closely with foremen and coordinate maintenance teams and coordinate materials to sites.
You will create work jobs onto the database, prioritise jobs and update the maintenance team and arrange diaries for engineers, joiners, electricians, plumbers etc and inform clients when the work will be carried out.
You will have excellent administration skills, excellent attention to detail and planning and organisational skills.
