Job summary

Critical Resource Group Ltd. is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our engineering teams and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across multiple sites.

You will act as the hub between engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and updates are provided promptly. We offer a competitive basic salary up to 32K for a 40-hour week, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, a bonus scheme, sick pay, healthcare benefits, and ongoing training with clear progression

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Coordinator, Planner, or Scheduler role.
• Prefer HVAC sector experience but other engineering industries are welcome.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers for planned and reactive service works.
• Manage incoming calls and coordinate urgent callouts.
• Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and job updates.
• Process job sheets, service reports, and purchase orders.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure on-time completion of work.
• Support the wider operations and service delivery team.

You'll be a central point between engineers, clients and suppliers, making sure jobs are scheduled efficiently, customers are kept up to date, and paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing:

• Scheduling engineers for planned and reactive service works across multiple sites

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Planner, or Scheduler role
• Ideally worked within the HVAC sector but other engineering industries will be considered.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Confident using CRM or service management systems
• A team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
