A leading service provider in analytical instrumentation is seeking a technical sales specialist to drive sales of their instrument service contracts across diverse industries. Candidates should have prior scientific sales experience and a degree in a relevant field. The role offers flexibility with home-office work, yet requires some office presence and client visits. Our client is seeking a technical sales specialist to drive the sales of their extensive instrument service contracts across an array of laboratories/industries inc. (bio)pharmaceutical, food/bev, research, academia, CRO's, CDMO's and instruments (e.g. HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, Mass Spectrometry, ICP).
Using your consultative skills, you will guide and professionally advise your clients on the correct solutions for their requirements, as well as providing point of care services that allow research to continue to the highest industry standards.
To succeed in this position your personality, tenacious character and problem‑solving abilities will be called upon regularly, as well as your passion to provide world‑class customer service.
The role requires you to work from home, with a requirement to be office‑based up to 50% of your time and 25% of your time visiting clients. For your services, the package provided includes:
